INSPECTION FEES

Regular time Cost will be billed at the current hourly rate for the employee and equipment involved, plus fringe benefits and overhead
Overtime Costs will be billed at 1.5 times the current hourly rate for the employee involved, plus the regular rate for the equipment involved, plus fringe benefits and overhead.
Inspection Charges will be billed on a monthly basis using an itemized statement.  The applicant will be liable for any and all permit inspection fees.
NOTES:
* First time applicants are required to supply a $10,000 continuous Surety Bonds for all oversized moves.
** Haul Routes - Letter of credit - $5,000 per mile of gravel roadway and $20,000 per mile of asphalt roadway
*** Inspection Fees are applicable for Utility Permits, Commercial Approaches and Non-Compliant Residential Drives when the cost of inspection exceeds the total permit fees paid.
**** Open Cut/Bore Roadway 
          Gravel Road   - LOC/Cash Deposit - $1,000 and Surety Bond - $1,000
          Asphalt Road - LOC/Cash Deposit - $1,500 and Surety Bond - $3,000
***** Commercial Drive Approach 
          Gravel Road  - Surety Bond - $  5,000
         Asphalt Road - Surety Bond - $10,000
****** Landscaping - A signed contract between the landowner and the RC that the landowner will be responsible for meeting the permit requirements, within a set period of time or the RC will complete the project and bill the landowner for labor, equipment and materials; or ditch enclosures will be constructed by RC at landowner's expense.
